We know that in our daily life, traffic areas is observing through CCTV cameras. Police department watching the traffic areas in police control room through CCTV footage. But in human life, if this CCTV footage data transmited to mobile phones which can be used as mobile application. For example: a person using traffic control application, he will be shown with a 3km (or) some distance of traffic control data in his mobile and some traffic jams in one area,this application shows pollution percentage in "MOBILE".
